ABOUT THE HEALING JOINT
At The Healing Joint in Scottsdale, Dr. Rambod Derakhshani and our experienced team provide personalized care focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, supporting recovery, and helping patients remain active.
Since 2003, Dr. D. has provided chiropractic and acupuncture care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals. When appropriate, care may also incorporate acupuncture, cupping, soft-tissue techniques, corrective exercises, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, and therapeutic massage.
We care for patients managing back and neck pain, disc-related conditions, sports and workplace injuries, and injuries following motor-vehicle accidents. The Healing Joint also participates in VA Community Care for eligible veterans with an approved VA referral and authorization.
Our goal is to provide attentive, clearly explained care in a welcoming Scottsdale clinic where every patient feels heard and supported.

Every patient is evaluated individually, and recommendations are based on their health history, examination findings, goals, and response to care.

What Makes The Healing Joint Different?
The Healing Joint is a chiropractic and integrative care clinic in Scottsdale led by Dr. Rambod Derakhshani, who has practiced since 2003. Every patient receives an individualized evaluation and care plan based on their condition, health history, comfort level and goals.
When appropriate, care may combine chiropractic adjustments with acupuncture, therapeutic massage, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, cupping, soft-tissue techniques and corrective exercises. This allows the clinic to address joint restrictions, muscle tension, nerve irritation and movement limitations from multiple perspectives.
The Healing Joint also provides authorized chiropractic and massage care for eligible veterans through VA Community Care. PRP consultations and injections are available by appointment with Talia Fleming, NP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner.
