Talia Fleming, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Talia Fleming is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Simmons University in Boston. Her clinical training included experience in Phoenix and Paradise Valley, Arizona.

At The Healing Joint, Talia provides PRP consultations and injections by appointment. She reviews each patient’s health history, symptoms, examination findings and treatment goals to determine whether PRP may be appropriate. She also discusses reasonable expectations, alternatives, potential risks and individualized aftercare.

Before becoming a family nurse practitioner, Talia gained more than nine years of nursing experience in medical-surgical, critical-care and acute-care settings. She received Sigma Theta Tau International Global Nursing Excellence recognition in 2017 and Alpha Chi National Honor Society recognition in 2018.

Originally from Northern California, Talia now resides in Paradise Valley. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and training for wellness-division fitness competitions.
